    What does "free to run" actually mean?

    You add a card on file via Stripe at signup, and it is charged $0 until EverBooked fills a cancelled slot for you. When we fill one, you pay the published fee for that fill — about 15% of the appointment, and the bigger the fill, the lower the rate. Charged monthly, itemized by fill. If the recovered client no-shows, the fee is credited back. Cancel anytime.

    Will real clients get real texts on day one?

    No — not unless you explicitly approve each one. The product runs in shadow mode by default. Everbooked detects cancellations and ranks your waitlist, but no SMS goes out until your team confirms the first dispatch individually.

    What if I want to cancel?

    One click. No email, no call, no retention specialist. Settings → Account → Cancel. Any revenue you've already recovered is yours, regardless of whether you continue.

    Will this mess up my existing calendar?

    No. Read-only by default — Everbooked watches your Google Calendar for cancellations but never modifies your schedule. Calendar writeback (confirmed slots syncing back) is opt-in and per-provider.

    Is this HIPAA compliant?

    HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. We sign a BAA on day one. SMS messages contain only appointment details — no diagnoses, no clinical notes. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest.
